Our Granddaughter turns 21 years old today....

The family birthday celebration was spread out over the weekend.  Saturday, in spite of a spring "snow event" I went north to share in the cake and ice cream (and pizza and salad).  Her Mom did a nice job putting it all together.

Besides the college girl, the star of the party was her cousin's new baby boy, born early this year.  I got to hold him for a while, and he is a cutie.

Sunday night we all met at a local restaurant for our traditional birthday dinner, at least in part so that her Grandfather could share in the celebration.  There are snow flurries in the air here today, which seems fitting.  There were snow flurries in the air on the day she was born.  I think it was birthday greetings from the Universe.  Happy birthday, sweet girl.

Searching for marsh marigolds.

It was a nice day for a bike ride.  My longest ride so far this season, a bit over 19 miles, west wind, north/south ride.  Filtered sun, low 40's.

Blair and 152nd, east of the PSPS, was the turn around spot.  I didn't find any marsh marigolds.
