I had barely gotten out of the driveway when I saw this deer. The white house is the one on the corner, across the street from us.
Ride #2. Late this afternoon, about 15 miles. Summer made an appearance here today. If it is nice enough for one bike ride, it is also nice enough for two. The boat is Lynne and Joe's new toy. It is a 42 foot sailboat, three bedrooms, two baths. It's slipped at Anchorage Marina. (Guest rider for scale.)

I assume that the pests in the title are the deer and not the boat owners.
Nice "toy." I guess the economy is on the mend. TT
Perhaps an unfortunate title.
Apparently it was too good a deal to pass up. More a sign of someone's financial distress than a sign that the economy is on the mend, I think.
